The New Year often brings with it a focused intention to accomplish goals that we set with the hope that with a little luck and commitment, we can improve our health, be more productive and finally get it all together.

Mindfulness is paying attention to our present moment experiences with openness and curiosity. It has scientific support as a means to reduce stress, improve attention, boost the immune system, reduce emotional reactivity, and promote a general sense of health and well-being.

Join us for another inspiring, interactive program led by Diana Winston, Director of Mindfulness Education at UCLA’s Mindful Awareness Research Center (MARC), where you can learn helpful, practical, and scientifically-proven techniques for self-management and well-being for 2018.
