Steve Bram (and his team) have arranged over $3 billion of financing in over 200 transactions during his 28 years at GSP, including all types of construction, bridge and permanent financing on commercial and residential properties along with highly complex structured financing including mezzanine, preferred equity, and equity placements.
Dani Evanson, Principal and Managing Director, Real Estate Investment Advisors
As Managing Director and co-owner of RMA, Dani Evanson is responsible for fundraising and sourcing investment opportunities. Together with other members of the management team, Dani serves on the investment committee. Dani has over 17 years of experience in real estate, with a background in acquisitions, dispositions and portfolio management.
Jason Keller, Managing Director, Oaktree Capital
As Managing Director of Oaktree Capital Management, L.P, Mr Keller is a part of Real Estate Debt and Opportunities investments team. Mr. Keller oversees Oaktree’s investments in opportunistic residential real estate including land, land development, destination resorts, homebuilding, non-performing residential loans, construction lending and other similar investments.
Nicholas Colonna, President of Commercial Investments & Fund Management, Kennedy Wilson
Nicholas Colonna serves on Kennedy Wilson’s Investment Committee as well as the KWIA Investment Committee. Prior to joining Kennedy Wilson, he was co-founder of PCCP, a real estate investment management firm with activity in both the debt and equity space. Before starting PCCP, he was a Senior Vice President at Wells Fargo where he held several senior positions in the lending and workout areas of the bank.

We typically have over 100 business professionals in attendance. Our event starts with a one-hour reception during which you’ll meet valuable contacts in a friendly atmosphere. Attendees are primarily business professionals and alumni of an assortment of top business schools. Current business school students also attend. This networking part of our event provides great discussion and conversation opportunities.

What makes your event special?
Unlike some events with the same panelists each year, our panel changes to provide our attendees with new perspectives of the real estate industry each year. While last year’s event dealt primarily with the current state of affairs and where the panel saw things heading, this year’s event focuses on strategy, specifically what makes for a good long term strategy during this time of uncertainty. We also leave sufficient time for Q&A at the end.
