Failure is a fundamentally misunderstood and underutilized resource. In his engaging and provocative talk about his book, The Other F Word, Mark Coopersmith, Berkeley-Haas Senior Fellow & Lecturer, will expand your view of failure by offering a process to become a more failure savvy leader — recognizing failure earlier, minimizing its damage, and harnessing lessons learned to improve future outcomes. You’ll walk away with strategies you can start employing immediately, and will never look at failure the same way again!
In The Other F Word, Mark and his co-author, Berkeley-Haas Senior Fellow and Lecturer John Danner share their popular and practical 7-stage Failure Value Cycle that helps you to avoid failure, deal with it when it happens, and leverage it to drive stronger performance.
