  • Beyond Category 2014 (Syrah, Petite Sirah and Petit Verdot)  This wine is made from the best fruits of the vintage and exudes notes of  black fruits intertwined with sweet pipe tobacco and blueberry cobbler.
  • Cirque 2014 (Tempranillo, Grenache, Mourvèdre and Carignan)  This wine is mind blowing, exuding black cherry and blue fruits, supported by toffee, roasted vanilla, and exotic spices.  95 points
  • First Tracks 2013 (Petit Verdot, Syrah and Cabernet)  Simply a big, stunning red with blackberries, brooding red currants, rhubarb, and new leather to ignite the senses.  96 points

About Petrossian and Chef Carlos Cabrera:  Chef Carlos Cabrera is a graduate of Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Arts Program, and has worked for the historic Mission Inn Hotel and Spa in Riverside, Le Cirque in New York City, where he honed his skills in classic French cuisine and at Le Cirque at Bellagio Las Vegas, where he spent the last six years as the Executive Sous Chef. In 2017, Cabrera returned to California to join Petrossian West Hollywood as Executive Chef, overseeing a menu brimming with authentic French flavors with seasonal California inspiration – the perfect combination of his personal experiences growing up and his subsequent professional pursuits.
